Building a Happy Business
Julia designed this here blog for us over at Glorious Creative HQ, but was she happy?
Having just been flicking through ‘Building a Happiness-Centred Business’ (by Paddi Lund) when she sent through the initial visuals I thought I’d pop her the question right there and then: On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being really happy) how happy did you feel when you worked on it?
After a little thought she said “around an 8”, which I thought was very healthy, and I think it shows. Nice work Julia!
Since Socks for Happy People is in the happiness business we are in the process of creating ways to measure and raise happiness levels in the people that work with us. Though I have a feeling my ‘On a scale of 1-10…’ quiz may be overlooked for something a little more thorough quite soon.
